Helen asked me to have a go at this Vivanco picture, so I did basically taking a country side pictures as anew background tweaking it & adding a light source. Next I added Emma & removes the original background leaving the new one.

It was actually a bit tricky finding a suitable background then when I couldn't changing one that was close to what I wanted. The rest was standard layering & erase plus tweaks & a bit of softness.

Thanks for the pic it was a nice challenge, I had fun doing it.

I generally try and do is look at the original background then create a new one that is similar in colour and tone that way any errors are not as apparent also it maintains the feel of the original composition.
